At first glance Venice may look like a small city, which can be discovered in one day. However it was a big mistake to think like that. Because when I started to wander around its tiny and confusing streets, only then I realized, that I was caught in a huge labyrinth. It was hard to find a way in and a way out. All houses were completely linked together and only water canals were separating them. Small bridges were making an illusion of non ending path. Even with a map I managed to get lost couple of times. But t tell the truth I liked the feeling of being lost in Venice. Every house, every new view or angle of the city was unique. There is so many details that my gaze could not count. So many colors and decorations, costumes, masks and exhibitions. I think is one of the most creative cities I have ever seen. The Art Biennale in Venice was also located all over the city's island. I went there with my classmate to see the exhibitions of world artists, but ended up discovering an unique, hidden and small world of Venice.

This is my story of the Venice world :

First thing you see is a long rail way which takes you far away in the sea. Wait, where is the city then?

Couple of minutes and you are amazed of the magical landscape which appears in front of curious eyes.

You take a step and start walking inside the labyrinths of Venice. You easily can get lost , scared or even meet a ghost there.

But if you are brave and have a courage , you will discover a world, full of spending architecture, sculling gondolas, unique art, fascinated photographers and always festive masks.

On your path to exhibitions some local animals may say hello to you

First lets broaded our knowledge of physics and mechanic with exhibition 'Leaonardo Da Vinci Machines'.

Then lets discover the fragile beauty in 'the World's Exhibition of Glass'

Afterwards, you take a journey to 'La Biennale di Venezia'. Where your creative imagination are fully enhanced.

In the end you feel like you saw a lot this day, however in reality it is just a small piece of everything hidden , yet waiting to be discovered in Venice.

For me one day was way too short to enjoy the atmosphere of Venice, so I willdefinitely try to visit it one more time.
