At this moment I think that time goes so fast that you do not even notice till it pass away. Things that you thought of happening now soon enough become a memory or experience, which one or other way reflect itself on you future career or decisions. Erasmus year in Bologna at Accademia di Belle Arti Bologna is not exception. It feels as just couple moments ago I was worrying about how to get a chance of studying in Bologna, Italy, to be accepted. However, now all these worries are in the past and you start to consider that in few week you are going to have your last exam for Coventry University and in less than 3 month you will go back to England. It will be the end of your Erasmus journey, you will move on and the only things, which are going to prove that everything was real are your built experiences- which can be shown or told to others, learned new or improved old skills- which can make you stand out from the crowd or prepare for your graduation projects, of course new friendships- which will expand your communication background.

Personally I believe I had a really great experience in Italy and at Accademia di Belle Arti Bologna, which is recorded in this blog, that means even if I forget some details, I can always open my web page and read or see what I was doing there or remember some important moment which have changed my life. For example: I had the possibility to study and get in touch professionally with a traditional Italian art- Mosaic, Fresco, which you can hardly learn anywhere else in the world. I believe these skill have changed my level of knowledge in art and gave me an enhanced ideas for my final- Graduation project in Coventry University next year. I feel more prepared now, the learnt old techniques cooperating with my own skill can make my last artwork more successful. I feel more confident now that when the time comes I will be able to stand out from the crowd, because of this international experience- study abroad. Moreover, I will be able to prove and share this experience with others by showing my blog to different people. This is also a great advantage of becoming more socializing and getting noticed by a perspective people. Who might get interested in your individual side just bay seeing how have you spend your time in other country and maybe even offer you a future job just because you will be different, stand out from other students who have not undertook Erasmus experience.

In fact, I cannot deny that everything that will await you in the future depend on a bit of luck and a huge hard-work from your side. Yes, it is not going to be easy, but sometime the hardest thing can give you the best benefits. The same was for me with this Study abroad year. Believe me, it was not an easy year for me, I went through a lot of stressful situations, when you just felt to give up on everything. It was really difficult to manage my time when I needed to study for 2 universities: that means double load of homework and exams. By the start of my studies I was not good enough with Italian language: it was complicated to understand lectures. At the beginning of the new year I had a bad experience with accommodation; when I was literally left without a place to stay. I know that sounds fearsome time. But I am so glad that I went through it and did not give up on anything. I am sure everything what happens to you, it happens for the reason. Because of the time management and Italian language challenges I become more stronger and confident. I have learned how to be more organized and find time for everything. Also, I have learned a new language more faster as I was forced to communicate with it. Also, when I have got into the trouble with a living place, I have learned how deal with extreme situations and become more adaptable. Furthermore, during that time I have made a best friend, who have helped me a lot. So, even if you experiencing difficulties it does not mean that they are not beneficial to you. This is other side experience that I have learned from Erasmus year in Bologna. Consequently, I am sure that I am more prepared to face a third year- The Final Graduation Year now, I believe it will be more harder and stressful than Erasmus, but I will happily accept these challenges to have a great experience and become more successful in the future.

Overall, It is hard to believe that soon enough my international experience year will come to end. I will be missing that time, different culture, amazing sights and extraordinary lectures at Accademia di Belle Arti Bologna. However, I will always remember that remarkable experience and the important moments that I have got there, which undoubtedly, in the near future will help me graduate successfully.
